Shampoo Bars
You have a lot of power as a consumer to make sound changes for the environment. I’ve said it before but it doesn’t get old.
Exercise that power!
Buy something that doesn’t come in single-use plastic.
Producers will catch on very quickly. Trust me on this. My latest acquisition? Shampoo bars. No more liquid shampoo in single use plastic bottles. I’m getting that stuff out of my life! You can too. Be a trend setter in your family and community. Let’s get the green ball rolling.
The bars came in a box of four.
Eco-friendly. Music to my ears.
The box looks crumpled because I’ve already taken a bar out and have it in my shower. The container that I bought to hold my shampoo bar is made from stainless steel. It looks nice and fits very well on my shower ledge. I bought it at a store in Gainesville called Life Unplastic. We can live without plastic!
The soap looked prettier before I started using it. Oh well, looks aren’t everything. Don’t forget.
