I’ve started something new at my church. It’s a box from TerraCycle. TerraCycle is a company that excels in recycling impossible things. I’ve picked dried up ball point pens and markers for our church. They have lots of boxes for different kinds of trash. Cigarette butts? Nah. I just couldn’t go there.
If you want to know more about the company, click here. You can purchase a box for your gathering place. Their motto is “Eliminating the Idea of Waste”. Pretty impressive, huh?
We’ve all started to use a ball point pen, realized it was dried up. It’s life was over. Oh well, toss it in the trash.

Below you see me depositing a dead pen. BTW, I’ve had this pen in my purse for two months and finally remembered to put it in the box. Hurray!
