Coffee Grounds Connect Us
Williston now has its own version of Starbucks. It’s called Sad Donkey Coffee. I walked in there two weeks ago, bucket in hand, and asked if they would save coffee grounds for me. They looked a little puzzled but I explained my simple method. I went on to tell them how many coffee grounds I’d gotten from Starbucks over the years. More importantly, I promised them I would faithfully be there when the bucket got full. The adventure begins!

Well, four buckets later, we’ve got the system down. I pick up twice a week and enjoy visiting with the staff. Megan and Jessica were very happy to be photographed for the blog.
